BPM Senior Technical Architect

Compensation : Base : $100k – $120k + Bonus – 20% of Base
Travel Requirement   : Willing to travel up to 80%
Preferred  : US citizenship / Green card Holder
Experience :  8+ years experience
Type : Full Time

Key Responsibilitie :

  • Develop strategy and roadmap for driving Business Process improvement through implementation of large Business Process Management Solution
  • Conceptualize architecture/design for SOA / BPM solution
  • Lead consulting / architecture engagement for medium / large scale Business Process Management initiative
  • Guide the team in resolving technical challenges during design/development of BPM solution
  • Provide innovative solutions to address architectural & technology challenges in SOA/BPM program

Technical Skills

Over 8 years IT experience with min 5 years architecting / design experience

  • Must have min 2 year hands-on architecting & design experience on at least one leading BPM product
  • Process design experience on at least one leading Process Modeling tool
  • Candidate should have excellent understanding of all phases of BPM lifecycle and ability to conceptualize and build BPM reference architecture for large enterprise
  • Knowledge of BPMN, XPDL, BPEL and BPEL4 People specs is essential
  • Proven experience in Application & Technology Architecture leveraging SOA principles
  • Strong experience in architecture development for a large project/product is essential.

Behavioral Skills

  • Ability to interact with client senior management team and key engagement stakeholders to propose and convince BPM suitability and value
  • Excellent client facing and communication skills.
