Our client is $20B Global IT Consulting firm growing at 60% + a year. Our client is looking for a Director of North American Testing Services to oversee a outsourced testing practice including 1000 software testers based in North America. Responsibilitites include developing growth strategies, defining best practices, mentoring and training. Strong leadership skills a must.
Requirements
- 15 Years in Testing
- Previous Executive level experience managing a large SoftwareTesting Team
- 5 Years Professional Services Experience
- Strong Client Management Skills
- Previous experience working for an onsite/offshore company a plus
- Travel 40-50%
