Must Have Skills :  Required

• Technical Architect (experience with architecture, design, development, global deployment, high availability, disaster recovery, performance, sizing etc)
• Self motivate-individual capable of driving assignments and working with cross-functional teams
• 5 Years as an Architect
• 3 Years experience with IBM WebSphere Portal including WCM, QuickR, and OmniFind
• Good Negotiation, Influencing, and Communication Skills – both oral and written
• 1-2 Years experience with IBM Connections
• Experience in designing and developing collaboration with Lotus Connections
• Experience in providing architecture oversight for deploying Lotus Connections

Roles and Responsibilities :

• 70% EA work for IBM WebSphere Portal migration
• 30% EA work for the IBM Lotus Notes collaboration
• Act as the Enterprise Architect/Technical Architect for the program – ensure alignment to standards, deliver patterns, ensure feasibility of the architecture
• Position will be based out of the Plano, TX location
