Skills/Qualification :
Total Work Experience : 10+ years in Infrastructure Services/IT Consulting Delivery and or Sales.
Sales Experience : 5 + Yrs in PI space & must have managed >$5M targets with a hunting mindset
·Technology Experience : 5+ Yrs Hands On Oracle eBiz (primary skill), SAP, Siebel and SFDC Solutions
·Experience in in sales, pre-sales, business development and marketing activities in taking e-business Solution/Services/Software to market in the IT services industry
Industry Focus : High Tech / Telecom / Media
Education : Masters / MBA
·Alignment to Role : Should have worked in a fast-paced growth and matrix environment and in a Global Delivery Model. Must have interacted significantly with VP and above in Business / IT for Fortune 500 organizations.
·
Other Skills : Excellent Communication, Team player & Result Oriented ·Good understanding of the Onsite/Offshore Delivery Model.
Should have broad range of experience in ERP, SCM, CRM Solutions Architect and Project Management
Strong customer interface skills – communication & ability to deliver presentation, drive meetings.
Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, growth mode.
Job Roles / Responsibilities :
The role will involve selling complete range of Package Implementation (PI) solutions & services and supporting our front-end sales force for lead generation and sales closure
Responsible for revenue and order booking targets
- Qualify Leads and Create appropriate funnel for ERP, SCM, CRM Package Implementation Services (PI) existing & new accounts in the region.
- ·Participate in Pre-Sales discussions/presentations for PI/EAS Services Selling.
- ·First Level Solution creation in PI Services related meetings with customers and prospects.
- Provide appropriate and customized value propositions. Negotiate/Close in the sales cycle.
- Work with Account/Sales teams to drive and own the PI sales process throughout the opportunity lifecycle from initial qualification to deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with the India based Practice Team to develop proposals, presentations, statement of works and proactively recommend strategies to grow PI revenue.
- Own PI account plans and targets for named accounts in a specific industry segment and region including forecasting revenue and order book, maintaining and growing pipeline
- Work with key alliance partners and software vendors to jointly develop GTM plans
