Oracle Financials Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • 8 years of full-lifecycle Oracle Financials implementation experience (AR, AP, GL, FA, TAX, Cash Management and project accounting); need not be an expert on all modules, but strong GL, chart-of-Accounts and AP is a must.   
  • Experience with Project Accounting/costing  is a must. 
  • Team lead or manager for a minimum of 5 Full-lifecycle Oracle E-business project in the US ( 11.5.10 and R12)
  • Team Lead or Manager of both consulting and client staff (needs to manage a team of 7, majority client Fin managers/Sr. managers and directors)
  • Hands-on setup and configuration experience in all core financial modules. 
  • Lead CRP Design, SIT and UAT sessions with client users and Subject Matter Experts.  Demonstrate application functionality to client staff. 
  • Lead implementation planning and go-live activities. 
  • Proficient in design and development of multi-org structure, complex chart of accounts and implementation
  • Must have strong, hand-on functional setup and configuration expertise in core Fin modules. 
  • Experience in functional design of extensions and financial reports
  • Excellent client relationship management skills required; needs to interact with client execs and directors
  • Must have worked for US companies and understand the US culture
  • Solid understanding of US Financial  regulations, GAAP, SARBOX, FASB, etc
  • Background in the Accounting profession, e.g., CPA, Chartered Accounting is preferred.
