Description
Our client is seeking a Vice President/vertical Leader to manage and grow their Global Insurance vertical.
- PL under management: $380 MM
- Growth expectation for 2008: 50%
- The successful candidate will have 15~ plus years of experience with a large/major global consulting firm. (Accenture, Bearingpoint, IBM Global, PWC, E & Y or other BIG 4 preferred).
- A deep understanding of the ITO/BPO market, outsourced/offshore environment.
- Candidate will have built, managed, and grown a business unit in the past.
- He/She must have a significant understanding of the needs in the Insurance (P&C) domain today and be well connected to the industry.
- Insurance vertical consists of 8,0000 employees worldwide
- This person will manage one of the eleven Business Units
- Insurance vertical is 2nd largest Business Unit
- Position reports to COO
Requirements
- Qualified candidate will have extensive leadership experience, executive presence and ability to motivate and mentor a large staff of virtual employees.
- Candidate will have built, managed, and grown a business unit of at least $100M in the past.
- Offshore experience a must.
- Big 5 consulting experience PLUS
- Bachelors Degree Required, Masters preferred
